Orders under $30 AUD will be charged a $5 Flat fee for shipping.
All Orders over $30 AUD will receive free shipping.

All items are sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping. If you are not present at the time of delivery the Courier may either place the parcel in a safe location or leave a calling card advising you of where and when your parcel can be collected. All orders will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via email on despatch. Standard deliveries are made within 2-5 days for metropolitan and major regional areas. Remote areas can take up to 10 days for delivery. The delivery times provided by are estimates and will not be held accountable for late deliveries, damaged or lost goods. If any items are not in stock once an order is placed we will notify the customer within 2 working days. Please note that all prices on this website are in Australian dollars AUD. 


If the item you purchased is the wrong size or you have changed your mind you can return the product for credit or exchange. Under these circumstances we do not offer a refund. Any return for credit or exchange must be returned within 14 days of the purchase, and any goods returned after this date will not be accepted. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you send by registered post as we do not accept liability for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock and if we do not have the exact stock for replacement we will contact you via email and issue a store credit or make other arrangements. Prior to sending a return you must contact for a return authorisation. Please send back with the receipt of purchase.
We will only exchange or credit when:
Clothing - Items of clothing must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free.
Shoes - Must not have been worn outside. If you are unsure of your size we suggest you try your shoes on indoors and preferably on carpet. The box should be returned in its original condition without any labels or tape stuck to the box.
Skateboards - We do not accept exchanges or returns on skateboards.
Hardware - Hardware will only be accepted in its original packaging and are in an un-skated condition.
DVD's - The return of DVD's will not be accepted unless they are completely scratch and fingerprint free. 

Faulty products
If you have a product that has been worn or used, and you feel it has a manufacturing fault you can send it back to us and depending upon the fault we may need to send it back to the Manufacturer/Supplier for further assessment. Please contact us at to obtain a return authorisation prior to sending. Shipping charges on faulty items are the customer’s responsibility. For any warranty claim you must provide a proof of purchase, order confirmation or shipping confirmation. All repairs are carried out by the Manufacturer/Supplier and not We cannot always control the availability of replacement goods and we cannot also control the warranty periods. This is again up to the Manufacturer/Supplier. We will aim to process your return within a few days unless we have to send it to the Manufacturer/Supplier which would then take up to 2 weeks.

Skateboard/Longboard Policy
Any Skateboard Deck that breaks/cracks from skating, has stress or pressure cracks and or chips does not qualify for return as this is a direct result of what you do and how you use your skateboard. The majority of boards that break/snap happen when people attempt tricks and their feet do not land in the correct position on the skateboard and are therefore not due to a manufacturing fault. In particular brand new boards are more vulnerable to breaking at this time because the wood is still crisp and has little flexibility. Most boards come with a 30 day warranty against delaminating. This is when the ply's of the wood come unglued without any crack, dent or chip that may cause it.

Footwear Policy
Most skateboard shoes come with a 1 month warranty for manufacturing faults. However If your shoe has been skated and a hole develops, the sole wears out, stitching comes undone or other then it is almost always a direct result of the Griptape abrasion, and in these circumstances the warranty does not apply. Also if you remove your shoes incorrectly such as not undoing the laces and pushing down on the heel with your other foot to remove it this may rip the sole off and again this is not included in the warranty. If or the Manufacturer/Supplier finds your product is faulty we can either repair, replace the item or give a full refund.

Instore Returns
If you are local to our store but have bought online you can call in and return/exchange your item at our city store only. One of our members of staff will be more than happy to help. If a refund is needed you will be refunded via the same way you paid for your item when you ordered online.

Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been shipped can accommodate this. If goods have been shipped we have the right to refuse the order cancellation


For your convenience Daily Grind offers AfterPay. Simply select AfterPay at checkout, enter your details and get the products now. You will then have 4 equal payments every 2 weeks debited from your nominated Bank account by AfterPay. There are no Interest Fees or other Costs unless you miss a payment. In which case you will be charged a late fee by AfterPay. Please note that Daily Grind Skate Co has no involvement in the payment agreements setup by AfterPay.

For your convenience Daily Grind offers ZipPay. Simply select ZipPay at checkout, enter your details and get the products now. ZipPay offers a flexible system of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments (Min $40 a Month). Payments are debited from your nominated Bank account by ZipPay. A $6.00 Account fee applies, this monthly fee is waived if the closing balance is paid by the due date. No Balance, No Fee. Please note that Daily Grind Skate Co has no involvement in the payment agreements setup by ZipPay.
