Exchanges
If the item you purchased is the wrong size or you have changed your mind you can return the product for credit or exchange. Under these circumstances we do not offer a refund. Any return for credit or exchange must be returned within 14 days of the purchase, and any goods returned after this date will not be accepted. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend you send by registered post as we do not accept liability for lost items. Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock and if we do not have the exact stock for replacement we will contact you via email and issue a store credit or make other arrangements. Prior to sending a return you must contact admin@dailygrind.com.au for a return authorisation. Please send back with the receipt of purchase.

WE WILL ONLY EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WHEN:

Clothing - Items of clothing must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free.
Shoes - Must not have been worn outside. If you are unsure of your size we suggest you try your shoes on indoors and preferably on carpet. The box should be returned in its original condition without any labels or tape stuck to the box.
Skateboards - We do not accept exchanges or returns on skateboards.
Hardware - Hardware will only be accepted in its original packaging and are in an un-skated condition.           DVDs - The return of DVDs will not be accepted unless they are still sealed in the original packaging.  

Faulty products
If you have a product that has been worn or used, and you feel it has a manufacturing fault you can send it back to us and depending upon the fault we may need to send it back to the Manufacturer/Supplier for further assessment. Please contact us at admin@dailygrind.com.au to obtain a return authorisation prior to sending. Shipping charges on faulty items are the customer’s responsibility. For any warranty claim you must provide a proof of purchase, order confirmation or shipping confirmation. All repairs are carried out by the Manufacturer/Supplier and not dailygrind.com.au. We cannot always control the availability of replacement goods and we cannot also control the warranty periods. This is again up to the Manufacturer/Supplier. We will aim to process your return within a few days unless we have to send it to the Manufacturer/Supplier which would then take up to 2 weeks.

Skateboard/Longboard Policy                                                                                                                                  Any Skateboard Deck that breaks/cracks from skating, has stress or pressure cracks and or chips does not qualify for return as this is a direct result of what you do and how you use your skateboard. The majority of boards that break/snap happen when people attempt tricks and their feet do not land in the correct position on the skateboard and are therefore not due to a manufacturing fault. In particular brand new boards are more vulnerable to breaking at this time because the wood is still crisp and has little flexibility. Most boards come with a 30 day warranty against delamination. This is when the plys of the wood come unglued without any crack, dent or chip that may cause it.

Footwear Policy
Most skateboard shoes come with a 1 month warranty for manufacturing faults. However If your shoe has been skated and a hole develops, the sole wears out, stitching comes undone or other then it is almost always a direct result of the Griptape abrasion, and in these circumstances the warranty does not apply. Also if you remove your shoes incorrectly such as not undoing the laces and pushing down on the heel with your other foot to remove it this may rip the sole off and again this is not included in the warranty. If dailygrind.com.au or the Manufacturer/Supplier finds your product is faulty we can either repair, replace the item or give a full refund.

Instore Returns
If you are local to our store but have bought online you can call in and return/exchange your item at our city store only. One of our members of staff will be more than happy to help. If a refund is needed you will be refunded via the same way you paid for your item when you ordered online.

Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been shipped dailygrind.com.au can accommodate this. If goods have been shipped we have the right to refuse the order cancellation
